We’ll meet at Attic Hostel at 8:00 AM and drive to Col del Lys, the starting point of our hike (about 1h30 drive).

On the way, we’ll stop at a local market to pick up some fresh, traditional ingredients for our lunch.

The hike takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes through peaceful forest trails — mostly flat, with a gentle final climb of about 100 meters before reaching Rifugio Portia.

At the refuge, we’ll relax and take part in a traditional polenta cooking class, learning how to prepare this classic Northern Italian dish with local cheese.

After enjoying our meal, we’ll have time to soak in the panoramic mountain views over Turin and the valleys below, before hiking back down and returning to the city around 4:00 PM.

We’ll meet at Attic Hostel at 8:00 AM, then walk just a few meters to rent our bikes.

From there, we’ll start our ride together towards Parco del Valentino, exploring its most beautiful and iconic spots.

We’ll stop at the Medieval Village, the Castello del Valentino, and the Fountain of the Twelve Months — then continue to the Rock Garden, where we’ll discover several art installations created by Italian and international artists.

After that, we’ll follow the Po River all the way to Sassi, the town located right below Superga, where we’ll enjoy an amazing view of the basilica.

Finally, we’ll ride back along the opposite side of the river towards the hostel.

We’ll meet at Attic Hostel at 8:00 AM, then drive for about one hour to Sant’Ambrogio, where the adventure begins!

We’ll climb the Ferrata Carlo Giorda — a scenic 2.5-hour route that includes a Tibetan bridge and a Nepalese bridge, offering incredible views over the Susa Valley.

Along the way, we’ll likely spot some chamois (wild mountain goats) — the area is full of them!

Once at the top, we’ll relax at a cozy bar near the Abbey to enjoy a sandwich or quick lunch before starting our 1.5-hour descent back to the car.

We’ll meet at Attic Hostel at 8:00 AM and drive for about 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach Monfol, the starting point of our hike.

From there, we’ll begin our 2-hour walk through stunning Alpine landscapes surrounded by nature and mountain views.

We’ll arrive at Rifugio Arlaud, where a traditional tasting menu is included — featuring local dishes and mountain flavors from the Piedmont region.

After lunch, we’ll relax and enjoy the breathtaking view over the Susa Valley, before starting our 1.5-hour descent back down the trail.

We’ll then drive back to Turin and arrive at the hostel around 4:00 PM.
